1. Terms of delivery

1.1 General information
We ship all orders via DHL within Germany, the EU and to the United Kingdom. 

1.2 Shipping costs calculation
The online store determines the number of shipping packages required based on the items you order. For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional costs for export customs may be charged. The shipping costs calculated by the store will be displayed in your shopping cart.
 
1.3 Shipping times 
All products are made on demand once payment has been processed. This allows us to reduce our dead stock and waste product. Shipping will proceed as soon as the the products have been produced and have gone through final inspection. From order confirmation, please estimate 7-10 days within Germany and 10-14 days to other countries in the EU and the United Kingdom. 
 
2. Payment

2.1 Payment process in steps
From your store order an order confirmation is automatically generated, which will be sent to you by e-mail. If required, you will receive an invoice by email.
  
2.2 Local Pickup
A local pick-up is possible via appointment. Please contact Nick Kwong for further information prior to your order.
